DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS & DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING
Director of Operations Supervises activities required for constructing and maintaining electric distribution systems.
Promotes and teaches safety practices and procedures and ensures a culture of workplace safety.
Assists the Engineering Department by coordinating schedules and work practices to promote efficient operations.
Leadership experience and a high school diploma are required.
Class A CDL is preferred.
Director of Engineering Responsible for the design, construction, maintenance and operation of all electrical system facilities.
Develops and recommends annual and long-range work plans and budgets.
Coordinates the Electrical Engineering Department's activities with other departments of the cooperative.
College degree required with a major in Electrical Engineering.
Distribution engineering experience that demonstrates a strong technical ability with an electric utility desirable.
