Project Engineer

Permanent position: Leading Automotive manufacturer is looking to hire a permanent Project Engineer This opportunity will be located in the Bryan,OH area
The Project Engineer is responsible for managing product launches together with Manufacturing location and suppliers. Candidates need experience with Plastic Injection Molding part design.
This role comes with a very competitive compensation package ranging from $70-85k depending on experience. Relocation assistance is available.
All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities for the Project Engineer

  • Collaborate with multiple internal and external parties/departments and customers on new product launches.

  • Build cost models for manufacturing processes.

  • Collect and analyze technical data (FEA, CFD, Mold Flow Analysis, etc.).

  • Facilitate data transfers between customers and suppliers.

  • Participate in product testing, DFMEA.

Requirements for the Project Engineer

  • 2+ years of engineering experience within automotive industry.

  • Strong familiarity with desgin, plastic manufacturing, and product/project launch processes.

  • Strong communication and multi-tasking skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
