manufactures and distributes engineered fasteners under the SPAX brand for the construction market, TRUFAST for the commercial roofing industry and TRUFAST Walls for exterior building envelopes and facades.
The Maintenance Clerk assists in supporting the Asset Health.
Vendor relationships for purchasing and receiving.
Oversees Stores locations and working with Tool Crib attendants.
Supports building and implementing Hierarchy development and management of systems.
Supports and Maintains Safety training and documentation for team members.
Essential
Responsibilities:
Maintenance/Production material consumables:
Maintain vendor relationships, assist with forecasts, and work with Manufacturing team to manage production consumable/material requirements.

Tooling, Maintenance) assist with quotes and purchasing.
PPG Software/CMMS:
Using PPG Software, CMMS Software assist in inputting material/consumables accurately into Computer management systems.
Working with Team members for defining relevant information for items stored adequately and locating.
Monitor and Assist in random audits to verify cycle counts, revisions and documentation are correct.
Parts requisition for work order planning.
Electronic and Physical.
Assist in creating build kit/project lists within PPG for maintenance department planning.
Maintain and update materials, i.
e.
, vendors, costs, lead times etc.
Preventative Maintenance Support:
Review Data accuracy, required materials and PPE required for routine and PM work.
Work with PM team to assist in removing roadblocks and supporting a 90% completion Rating.
Asset Health:
Support and assist in implementation of systems for Asset Health, BOM Management, Hierarchy implementation/updates.
Purchasing:
Assist with open order input into PPG- both external and internal, Assure that all processed orders have been processed correctly within PPG, make corrections to ensure accurate record keeping.
Scan pack slips in a timely manner to ensure payment to vendors Manufacturing support:
Work with all support teams, and support Inventory Control Analyst as required.
Other ad hoc items/projects as needed.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
