The Talent Development Leader will be responsible to lead the development the implementation of all aspects of the organization?s training programs, policies, and objectives to develop and maintain an effective workforce.
Collaborates with functional leadership teams to assess training and development needs as well as to gauge the effectiveness of established programs.
This position will identify, design and develop frameworks that represent skills and leadership capabilities critical to long-term and short-term objectives.
The Talent Development Leader is responsible for design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs.
Essential
Responsibilities:
Partner with managers to understand and determine training needs.
Conduct needs assessment and identify performance gaps and implement training best practices to ensure alignment with company needs.
Develop curriculum and design training courses.
Delivers company training programs and workshops to employees and managers.
Trains on topics such as supervisor/management training, technical sales training, team building and communications, and personal well-being courses.
Prepares educational material such as videos, handouts, or learning modules to share with attendees.
Oversees relationship with vendors to ensure outside training programs are effective and provide a good return on investment.
Monitors the effectiveness of training using individual or group performance results.
Collects feedback on sessions from attendees to use for future improvements to content and presentation.
Administers a recordkeeping system to track employee training participation and progress.
Assists in budgeting tasks associated with training programs.
Evaluate and select a training platform to track past and future training activities and classes.
Coordinates or administers skill or competency assessments, career coaching, and other specialized training or development programs for employees.
Other duties as assigned.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
